Pros
The bottle is crystal clear. The oil comes in the bottle and it is sealed with a cork stopper. The product looks exactly as pictured.
Scent is pleasant but not overbearing. I like to keep a subtle scent instead of soemthing that hits you in the face. Not over powering, and very pleasant.
I was enveloped in an intense fragrance while, not unpleasant, was overpowering. It is considered a * fragrance and also considered calming. I am sensitive to scented candles but the subtle fragrance with this diffuser set if very nice.
The website says the fragrances are a combination of sandalwood, patchouli and ylang ylang. The scent is delicate & not overpowering; it mostly smells like lilac.
Cons
Based on the quality, it is way overpriced. I am happy to say the company stood by the product and offered a full refund.
It smells like hazmat chemicals. Only thing i smelled is the cheap oil in the bottle.

As soon as i opened the box i could smell the tranquility of the woodsy scent.

I got the sandalwood pachouliylang ylang and its a winner however the bottle and reeds are small for my large space and dont really do anything unless i sit next to it which i m likely never to do
