So the old stub still fits the radio securely and the new antenna spins pivots and telescopes like the old one did before it was broken at 6 inches

Save these to make the new joint factorysnug though i imagine the antenna will work without them if theyre lost or wont fit the new space

I literally just stuck the new antenna next to the stub of the broken one and used packing tape to bind them together rather than go through another kind of installation
