This has chanca piedra which is known for breaking up kidney stones. I have a family member that gets gout once in a while. After taking this supplement i have not had any flare ups relates to uric acid build up.
The taste is great (in my opinion) and is very easy to take straight from the dropper. The flavor is a cross between cough medicine and a liquid vitamin. Taken on its own, it has an ultra-sweet, earthy taste.
Label instructions recommend one full squeeze to 2oz of water or juice 3x daily. The instructions say to take 3 droppers a day. It's very easy to get a consistent dose from the dropper.
The tincture is of exceptional quality and doesn't use alcohol. The blend is a very interesting blend. It's a good value because it lasts awhile.
Cons
There is something in it that is giving me the discomfort.

I also want to research uric acid to see if its something applicable to me but either way the included ingredients are all excellent powerhouse herbs
