It’s simply not a probiotic, and this isn’t a supplement to help with digestion or constipation. It gives the illusion of a solid product. Not recommend - be aware.

Disappointed in that but i was happy with the product.

The gains i've experienced make the cost well worth it.

However, my only complaint is the waste of plastic in the packaging.

I love this supplement but it is so much cheaper at sams club plus instead of 30 capsules at sams club you get 85 capsules for less lesson learned
