I've been taking the supplement for a month now and i have to admit it is difficult to know for sure that this supplement is the cause of an improvement in my energy levels and general muscle strength but i do feel more energetic, i m sure that there is many factors associated with energy levels and muscle strength but i can genuinely say that i do feel better, whether that's to do with a mindset or expectations idk but i like it and even if it is a placebo effect i am happy to pay the cost of the supplement for the effect :)what i can say with certainty is that i like the product it is a good value for money and i will definitely continue to take for another 3 months.  Read Less
