I had some significant issues with them slipping around on our floors and i had to install feet on them myself to get them to work

I informed the company about my issues and not only did they work with me to make the situation right financially but also are instituting a design update to fix the problem

The one downside and the reason i gave them 4 starts instead of 5 is because the little feet on the bottom are merely rubber pads and are not adjustable

When they fill the bases with the concrete product they use mine must have become slightly distorted because they do not sit 100 perfectly flat on my floor

Also and this is more of a praise than a complaint but the spring loaded straps are actually sprung pretty heavy and can actually start pulling one so that it appears to be leaning
