    I know the windows 10 blue screen but instead of it saying collecting some error info it said downloading fixes or something like that

    Im not computer technician but this crash screen was not windows 10 and it was obviously trying to mock the windows 10 blue screen but for my computer to fail and instantly start downloading files without my permission was more than enough for me to deactivate my computer and factory reset it
