My phone connects to it right away as if i actually had bluetooth in my car

My car already has bluetooth calling so this adapter being only bluetooth 2

I did however have to change the settings in the phone to set this source as audio only so it would coexist peacefully with the cars builtin bluetooth

I still cant hook up more than one device at a time

You need a usb plug and an aux in for this to work then you tune to the aux input and bluetooth connect your phone to it
