Pros
This charging brick/wall adapter/power cube is great. The size is compact enough that it does not encroach on other outlets on my power bar.
Cons
Dealing with customer service about the defect was even worse. The customer service team expects too much for a $30 charger.

The charger is high quality, fast and cooler during charging.
I purchase a good quality usb-c to usb-c cable and keep it in my backpack now to ensure a quick change when i need to charge my phone.
The quality has been hit and miss.
It’s small and charges my phone like it said it would.
Price
Good price high power output reliable brand name.
Would recommend buying on sale instead of full price as they go on sale very often.
They probably had a good sale on or something and i bought in a blinded frenzy.
Shipping
They replied promptly and a replacement was sent right away.
The day after i placed the order, i received the charger.
Packaging/appearance
Just needing to pack one wall-wart as opposed to two is one less thing to lose.
Competitiveness
Compare to my stock samsung super fast charger, this is a notch faster and i'm very happy.
I researched my options as to what charger met my purposes and it was an anker product.
