I’m a diehard pc user but recently was gifted a macbook and this solved all my accessory issues. Unboxed and plugged in to usb c’s on 2019 macbook pro. Dual monitors work perfectly! I like that it has has a flex connector cable.

It works fine for 3 months then one hdmi stop working.
