Overall, it’s a fantastic device for daytime use. Offers remarkable versatility and performance.
All power sources must be wired the same and connected to the same ac outlet. If your use of the docking station requires pd power and one of the above mentioned powered devices hear are some steps you can take to lesson the odds of a power conflict.
Cons
For my use, it's just too nerve wrecking and time consuming to constantly have to fiddle with it to get it to work. Amazon customer service kind enough to help resolve the issue and provide refund.
Seems like a control chip of some sort burnt out. Constantly self ejecting. The display output is very unstable. And now my screen keeps flashing.

Works perfectly with my hp probook, power delivery works well, 2 displays (hdmi and urb-c) and a usb webcam work perfectly fine.
The dockteck dongle has exceeded my expectations and proven to be durable and functional in my workplace and for travel use.
If you are unable to charge your device that supports dp alt mode, first try a different cable.
Unfortunately, the laptop refuses to recognize the pd mode.

Competitiveness
I use an m1 macbook pro, a lenovo x1, and a dell laptop.
The main reason to get this over similar, cheaper options is the 4k @ 60hz hdmi, most others will only do 30hz.
With the apple adapter the power was not enough for the dell or lenovo, but with this one all is good.
