Pros

Comes with a cloth bag to protect it from scratches. As a 'hub' this is very good. What could be better is the length of usb-c cable connecting to the pc. I definitely don't regret buying it.

It works but in video calls/multiplayer games, you will notice the difference. The temperature is acceptable, and the cable is resistant but don't bend it too much.

Cons

It fit loosely when plugged in but this was not the reason for the poor quality. One of the usb inputs makes my wireless mouse lag pretty bad.

Returned for exchange. Returned for refund. That comes across as shady in my book" "i wish these manufacturers ran their products through qa testing before selling them to the public!

Great product, matches my 2016 macbook pro perfectly and works flawlessly.

Works as advertised, no issues with any of the ports.

The recent os updates on macs make it impossible to extend beyond having 2 screens, which is frustrating.

This is the first one where all connections are snug and device do not lose connection when you bump the desk.
