Pros

The albewe hub performs really well. Stores in a nice small compact area in my backpack. Couldn't be any simpler.

That is likely a standard on new rigs, but for older pcs, i'd suggest you confirm the availability of the port before ordering.

Usb c hub allows you to connect all sorts of devices and storage devices to a laptop, tablet or pc. Works well on windows 11 laptops and tablets.

Unlike the dock i upgraded from, this only takes up one usb-c port. I have a samsung galaxy book 2 360 which only has (3) usb c ports.

Cons

The product description is misleading. This is only for usb wired mice/keyboard. The users' manual also says extension cables will not be compatible.

All the ports work as expected and it can handle everything i've plugged into it at the same time with no problems.

Every night after a full day of taking photos, used this adapter, an ipad pro, and a solid state hard drive to back up my photos.

It turns out my hp laptop's usb-c port does not support hdmi output.

Love it and the price was great

I've been looking for a reasonably priced dongle-dock that supports gigabit ethernet and 4k/60hz display for a long time.

For the price, i think it is worth the cost for sure.

Otherwise, i got everything i was looking for and the price is reasonable.

Shipping

I was panicked on arrival, but was fortunate to have a usb-c port available.

The hub arrived well packaged, on time and defect free.

Competitiveness

And it works with both the windows laptop (thinkpad x1) and the linux laptop (an older dell xps 15).

The price is pretty on par with other dongles in this segment, so i'm happy with that.
