That said i ran into a few issues with stability — sometimes monitors would randomly disconnect or some ports wouldn’t work consistently when too many devices were connected

On macos it’s limited to mirroring displays rather than extending them which might not suit everyone’s needs

The hdmi port on my macmini has started to short out necessitating use of a thunderboltcompatible docking station whichll allow me to stick the monitor hdmi cable into and route the video signal via thunderbolt
