Pros & Cons
Pros
Usb-c hub gives your laptop the extra ports you have been missing. Great for apple laptops, or newer windows laptops with a limited number of usb ports. Works with both standard and micro sd cards.
There are so many different ports on this things that it's unreal! Multiple ports and multiple channels for connection. The only minor complaint i have is that all of the usb ports are colored blue.
Mbps download; 23. Mbps upload. Same speed with external sandisk ssd when it's plugged into this hub. Usb-c port can be used for power (pd) and also to transfer data at standard-speed. Hdd, ssd, and hdd all work well.
Cons
The anker 565 works better, but not the anker occasionally has issues with the video input from my webcam. Obviously, not passing the video signal reliably is a deal-breaker.
Highlights
Quality
I absolutly love it when a product works out of the box.
With the hub i can connct the monitor, keyboard, mouse, external hdd for backups and usb scanner on one port, usb c or thunderbolt.
Wish the cord connecting to the pc were longer, but shortening might impede the data flow quality.
