I’ve been using a hiby r6 pro ii dap as my network streamer in my speaker chain for a couple of months now, but whenever i wanted to do critical listening, i had to disconnect the dap from its power source in order to hook the dap up to my gustard u18 ddc because the singular usb-c port on the dap is the only port for both, power and bitperfect digital audio.  Read Less

This way i can listen all day and not worry about running out of battery in my dap, or compromising on sound quality (when using the hiby cr06 dock, it keeps the dap charged, but can only send audio out either by crappy optical s/pdif or coaxial s/pdif, which would have to go straight to my dac, bypassing my ddc and the superior i2s transport).  Read Less
