Headphone jack adapter y splitter is brilliant. The cable is braided with good quality solid connectors all round. This is a dinky little connector that is very flexible and light.

Cons
I have now on two different occasions and two different days experienced that it suddenly disconnects. I hate unreliable devices and this would be completely useless if it e. Starts playing in the room rather than through the headphones.

Note that i did not notice any crackles or static or reduction in sound quality on either earphone whilst using this adaptor.
I tested this with the corsair hs50 headset which uses a single 4-pole headphone jack.
Price
The price wasn't visible when writing this but if it's offered at around £10 i'd say that was good value for money.
Competitiveness
I'm using this to plug a lavalier / lapel mic into my phone so i can get better quality audio while recording video.

There are two jack plugs one for taking and making calls if you have an appropriate set of headphones with mic the other jack does only headphones

Note that the one i received is black and not red and i see that the description says stylish design in a space grey color so i dont know why the images show a red adapter

The volume control is a little too sensitive turning the volume up by a little bit greatly increases the volume in the headphones
