It happens a lot with my note 10 but happens rarely with note 10 plus

Maybe a factor is the power of the note 10 plus and the length 13ft of the cord

I do apologize to the returns department because i could not find the box before taking it to the ups store and when i found it later that day and went to take it in ups already picked up

Cord is long enough that i can have the phone setting next to bed on charger and dont have to get up to skip to a next episode of whatever im watching on any of the entertainment apps
