This allegedly double-link dvi adaptor is not double link one. It shows only hd connection, (1240x800) as a single-link. When plugged into the computer, it constantly disconnects/reconnects.

I was just about to retire it since it seems like any other dual link dvi adapter is over $100 but this did the trick.

I think this is the cheapest and guaranteed product!
