) i use basically all the connections this thing has (2 monitors, 3 usb working at once, + the wired ethernet connection) and no issues.
Time will tell, but it is working great out of the box.
Plugged it into the usb-a port, installed the drivers, picked extend screen on the installed software and bingo 3 extended screens!
It does not provide any actual storage you can use, so it is just clutter left there.
Price
Very happy with this, for something that's only ~$50.
So far, it's not a big deal but that is my only little complaint considering this hub is excellent for the price.
Anything less than $100 is always suspect.

I was worried at first because i needed to use the usba port on this laptop due the usbc port being power only

And it never actually needs its own power supply huge plus to me since a lot of other ones do need that to function properly

Not really an issue but be aware that on windows you can only extend your desktop to two of the monitors the third will be a mirror if you plug in a third monitor using the vga port

To extend the monitors you have to install the driver

A drive appears on your computer when you plug this in and the drivers are there for you to install without any downloading needed
