Specifically i am connecting the hub to my monitor because my monitor does not have enough usb ports and they are poorly located at the back of the monitor with the ports facing downward

I did not have any disconnects or power issues any of the devices at the same time

If i were to connect the hub to my pcs front panel usb port it would just dangle and have the possibility of damaging the usb port

Also when using the usb c to a adapter on the cable make sure it clicks you should hear it into place
