Product works as intended for my dell laptop.
This charger, though isn't tiny, it's small enough and it comes with the usb-c cable.
Nekteck got a 5 for customer service and standing behind their product.
I used an adapter from a different brand with the cable that came with this charger, and my laptop was able to charge fine.
Price
Seems good to go, though, and a great price!

Some people might not know this i didnt know anything about fast charging prior to my note 9.
Packaging/appearance
Neatly packaged in cardboard but a plastic insert and bag seems unnecessary—dear nektek, please consider converting to all-paper packaging.

I've also begun using it to charge my nintendo switch and parrot anafi drone, so far so good with those products as well.
Initial charger did not charge my hp spectre x360 (hp is more sensitive to oem chargers).
This 65w adapter suffers from none of those issues and charges my macbook only slightly slower than the one apple provides.

Customer support called me and after giving them all the details they sent me a new charger free of charge that fixed the original issue of not charging
