This charger has 2 prong outlets and a detachable usb-c cable. It is usb if certified, which is the highest standard for compatibility and safety.
I use it for my ipad pro, galaxy s10 and it also works great for my lenovo thinkpad x1 yoga 3rd gen. Works great on my usb-c thinkpad laptop and pixel 3 phone. Works well with a macbook pro (13, 2019).
