Pros

Heavy-duty gauge power cord. The wall chord is kinda thick, but other than that, gift from heaven.

This multi 110v outlet/usb cube is very handy. Unlike typical multipile outlet strips that leave ajumbled mess of cords on the floor, this unit fits neatly on a desk or table top. It is essential in her dorm as she has to plug in so many things.

The bestek is compact, unobtrusive and does the trick of handling many cords. Built-in surge protection & reset button. Good investment for anyone needing multiple power/usb access.

Cons

Usb charging is not consistent at all! Apparently a qc issue, why is bestek continuing to sell it on amazon. Worked for 2 months and quit. Just go for a more expensive, reliable unit.

Emails to company go unanswered. Tried to call customer service, no answer and no voicemail. Called back and pressed 1 for sales. No answer andno voicemails.

It is a value for your money and a great quality of material.

)all in all, while things so far have been good, the unit is a bit pricey which has me hoping that the unit lasts as advertized.

My budget does not allow me to buy more, but i would like these in multiple rooms.
