I bought this based on its design and am very happy indeed with the purchase.
purchased this as a gift for a colleague who suffers from hot flashes and could not cope with temperaturesat the office.

For the price you can't really go wrong either.
But it is good for one personal comfort only, price is little expensive as you can get proper fan in market for this price.

There are two settings and the fast one is a bit too loud to use in an office.

The first thing i noticed was the fan was incredibly easy to setup no instructions needed as its a simple case of plug in and press the power button which is a little touch button not one that clicks

The noise level is not too bad however on the lower setting there is a noticeable rattling sound

Its not a problem for me most of the time as i usually have music playing and so cannot hear it but for times when i am studying or trying to watch a film etc

Unfortunately the wire is not long enough to reach to the back without me having to put the fan too far away to really do much good

The two modes are very usefull although i occasionally turn it on by mistake due to the touch button
