Pros

Excellent quality. No dropouts. Can't hide. Of course it's a money grab by these companies but what isn't haha.

This dongle is compatible with trrs headphone plugs - with four discrete connection bands on the plug. Zero connection issues, zero quality issues. Just plug in and go.

Cons

When slightly plugged in, sound only comes from one side. The dongle cuts out intermittently in a crackle of static and resets, which pauses the music i have playing.

It registers as a charging device and there's no option to switch. It works only when it is plugged into the usb-c of my phone and the ⅛ is plugged in just slightly not all the way. The one i got is probably a fluke with wiring.

They're poorly made, it's impossible to get a hold of the manufacturer. Read the descriptions carefully, very disappointed and will be returning. Honestly it's probably worth it to spend more money on one that will last.
