The best codecdac curently the cs43131 does not seem to be available at reasonable prices right now

This one works for usbc but other people make lightning adapter ones too although due to limitations in the lightning format you dont get as high of quality

The first time i used it a warning popped up on my phone screen letting me know that longterm use of loud sounds can harm your hearing

It also works with my samsung s21 for calls using a set of ear buds from my old s8

If i use the dongle that came with my samsung tab s5e which i use with the sennheiser headphones on that tablet it is not recognized on the s21
