Pros

There isn't mush of a flavor - it is mildly sweet - so it mixes well with water and flavored drinks. The taste is also tolerable, and it's easy to wash away any residual taste afterward. I’ve been taking ashwagandha (capsule form) for a while.

The liquid form of ashwagandha is more potent and generally liquid supplements absorbs better and faster. The fact that you get 2 bottles is an incredible value. This supplement is great quality and will last you a long time.

Cons

It's basically darkened sugar water. Tastes good but made me very nausea. No percentage of extract, ratio, or quantity.
