Pros
The taste is pleasant and sweet, the effects are quick ( within 10 mins for me) it just gives you a very light chill feeling. It also has a good flavor if you take without putting it into anything.
I'm an rn and it seems comparable to. They are great for helping me calm and relax. Kava kava is known as an herb to help up to relax and destress and it probably does assist with this.
It has a very gentle but effective calming effect that can be felt quickly! It makes me sleepy and relaxed very quickly and i feel rested and sharp in the morning' 'i'm one who falls asleep quickly after taking nyquil.
Cons
This is not a returnable item. Can't believe i got suckered. Any company that does not offer a money back guarantee is a scam company anyway.

I have sleep issues and this alone didnt make me sleepy however i think it will work well for people who dont have such intense sleep problems

Uhhh the taste is sooo foul 😂 i wish from the smell i would have realized it lol uh beside that i have nothing to say about it as it was my first time taking it not giving it full 5 stars till i notice a difference if at all
