Pros

Performing as per the expectations rather exceeding the expectation. Working fine, it's rotation is very much faster, so air also flows good. Easy to install.

Cons

Product is defective. The capacitor invariably needs to be replaced.

The exchange fan was not delivered because of some verification code issue. Had to call service center for reairing fan but still no response. This is the only time the technician showed up. Its only 1 year warranty.
