Pros

Plain and simple interface is all that is needed for talk and text. Easy for even my technology challenged mother to use. Great value for the price, does more than expected!

Cons

No ringtone choice or volume control. Not compatible with t-mobull service. She's 1/2 hour away so it's difficult to keep adjusting the sim card. It was suppose to work with t mobile.

Not even worth a ship back or refund. Very frustrated. Nkt seeing any rewards just debt from my bank account. Please refund my money.

This phone is extremely cheaply made. Cheap construction, feather weight * plastic.

It comes with just the phone, no charger nothing! Dead battery in phone. Because of this, somehow it shifts and disconnects.
