I have an extensive collection in my toy box including many different gags but none were truly large enough for me not even my xl 2 ball gag

It was a little tricky to figure out but the trick is it goes in like a mouth guard would so the butterfly part goes between the lips n teeth and the bulb part goes towards the back of the tongue
