I am so sorry it took me so long to discover. The only problem is that its not that easy to grab and it kinda hurts my hands from it being serated.

The flat edge is too thin and isn't sloped right to get a good contact between the nail and the cuticle. The pusher side is not as advertised in photo. This makes the tool far more likely to actually cut you because you have to push harder on a duller... Read More
Metal is not well polished and the edge is crudely sharpened. The last two that i ordered are asymmetric in the shape of the pusher and the sharp blade is ragged.

I only do this after my fingers have soaked in warm water so the cuticle is not only easy to push back but is also easy to scrape excess away

The other end is sharp on the side of the blade so be careful with that
