My mother is very petite, so this gown is a total waste for her. It shouldn't be marked m. It snaps so there is no adjustment. There was also a hole near the collar.
The gowns are 100% cotton on the packaging and on this ad, but when you get them it is 52% cotton & 46% polyester.

Please note to ensure the gown completely covers the full back side while the person is sitting up in addition to the front i found it to run small so from my perspective a large is more like a smallmedium and the extralarge completely provides full coverage for a large or extralarge person
