Clean it with hot soap and water or use an alcohol swab. It's easy to clean, i just wipe off the gunk with a tissue. Because it is is stainless steel it is easy toclean between uses by using a little rubbing alcohol to keep it sanitary.

It’s honestly too big to use on my face. The loops at the ends are way too stiff. The extraction loops are huge, not what is used in a dermotology office. The hole in the ends is bigger, and they do not slide the black/white heads out of your pours.
