Pros
The padding allows me to quickly hit spots on my lathe turned bowls, scrollsaw projects or bandsaw boxes. These are much better than the sanding papers that come with the kits.
Cons
As far as i am concerned they are pretty much worthless, the backside peals off after a few seconds of use. Poor quality sanding disk.
