So far they seems good, used one to splice the argon gas line on my mini-mig welder no leak.
Using these to connect filament tubing for my 3d printer, and so far no issues whatsoever, easy to connect and disconnect.
It didn't start feeling gummy (the metal fins that grip the tube started softening) until after a couple hundred presses.
I pinched it several times simulating connects and disconnects.

The connector at the top of the print head looks just like this except for the outer body in the middle

The printer has an hourglass figure allowing a ziptie to wrap around the middle of this connector and hold it down

These connectors have fins on the sides but will still work if you shave the sides down a bit to make it match which really isnt too hard
