Pros & Cons
Pros
I use the specifically for diff rebuilds using my 1/4 preload torque wrench. Measure preload on pinion bearing with a 1/2 socket. Used it for my inch pound torque wrench to check pre load on pinions.
Highlights
Quality
Perfect for your 1/4" torque wrench and your 1/2" pinion nut socket instead of running 2 adapters.
A nice adaptor to have on hand, both ends seem to have good fit.
Could not ask for a better made extension.
I got this adapter to fit the 1/4 wrench and make it 1/2 inch to turn my pinion nut and check the pinion preload.
Price
Price was decent (didn't really need two, but hey, now i have a backup).
Don't need these often but when you do they're priceless
Shipping
Could not find at lowe’s or home depot so i ordered here and they work great!
