The grinning required messed with the performance of the piece. These are short pieces that were sheared, not sawn, that resulted in the ends being oval in shape, not round.

I had to sand down the ends for use with barrings as they wouldnt fit otherwise

Ill need to lightly sand down the ones i want to use as they barely fit into the 5mm bearings im using but overall theyre essentially dead on the size they should be

These rods fit perf in my spanner wrench which only came with short rods

Like other reviewers have observed youll need to cut 45mm off of each end as they are definitely stamped when cut
