They were impressed with quality and how well it worked.

Lift manufacture did not sell replacement and had no suggestions for a replacement, so i went looking for something and found this product.

It's very high quality foam but it did have some creases in it from storage, this didn't bother me.

So what finally worked was this: with the new foam tubing off, wet a paper towel and apply a small amount of dish soap to it.

However it did move through the shipping process without any slowdowns.

Now wipe the soapy paper towel all over the bare handle.
