Pros

It's a little pricey for what it is but it is a good solution. The 1 meter length is long enough for me to make two sets of replacements. It protects the cat from scratching her chin on the wires.

I have those aluminum ergonomic stall rakes with the black plastic handle on the end. Simply peeled off the old rotted pipping and then slipped on new foam tubing and cut. Be sure to check the inner diameter to fit snugly over your handlebars.

Product is a perfect fit for the padding that had worn out on toilet riser handles. The padding is perfect and fits like a glove around a 1 inch bar. Fits snug and provides much better and comfortable grip.

Cons

Won’t buy again for bicycle handlebars or the like. Internal opening is much smaller than advertised here. Otherwise it's pretty useless.
