Pros

Leather becomes softer after it's worn for a while. This band is elegant, nice quality and worked perfectly to replace my worn out band. A well-made watchband.

Easy to install. Comes with extra pins and a pin extraction tool. Only complaint is that the notch holes need to be spaced a little better.

Cons

The clasp detached from the wrist band in less than three months. The band looks nice, but fell apart in 3 months.
