To mow the lawn, i simply lift the bolt off and the front wheels are free once again.
By drilling a hole in the frame and placing this u-bolt over the wheel frame, the front wheels go straight and the mover is controllable.

Wish it came with two plates and 4 nuts that would have been ideal
