I put some of this on the underside of the hood directly over the turbo but i am concerned that heat there may cause it it to come loose

Real nice foam sound deadening but the paper backing is very fragile and difficult to remove

I had to remove that materila in order to gain access to some fastning hardware and since i had to install new material i wanted to make some improvements to the sound deadening
