Ive bought several dcdc inverters and none of them could sustain the output voltage at even 34 of their rated power output

I figured id try one rated for far more watts than i need

It was pulling 141w from this converter and the converters output remained at 19v

It pulls hard when you first power it on filling capacitors i assume burnt out a on switch after about 30 flips
