The max that a kept was 1 hour and half but if you could you can keep more longer as is explain on the package

You get five in a pack which is good as you get a lot for your money and i did think this helped slightly to reduce the appearance but i also felt like if you have studs in the top your ears this would really help as it does pull on the edges a lot and it is quite uncomfortable to have around the chin and hung behind the ears

I would recommend things if you enjoy strange things but if this isn’t for you and doesn’t sound like something you would like then i wouldn’t recommend this for you
