Pros

Small, secure way for me to safely and responsibly store a small handgun. Fits glock 17 with a mounted light and a spare magazine (and with a little room to spare even) fits great in nightstand drawer. Perfect for my sig sauer p365 + 3 mags. Small eno...  Read More

This is great for room placement or safe travelling. Overall, it is a good product that i would purchase again.

The simplex lock simply can not be beat for simplicity, strength and endurance. Lock mechanism is sturdy and efficient. Big draw is the fact that it does not require batteries.

It's best to simply grab your firearm from the safe and allow the lid to close again because there is padding and it closes quietly. Only downfall is due to the location of thelocking mechanism i have to oriantate the firearm as if i'm left handed (ba...  Read More

Quality

So far i have no issues with the quality or performance of the product.

There are little touches all over that remind you that this is a quality product.

The inside dimensions has enough room to do so, but with the lock taking space inside when closed prevents this.

I'm not knocking the product as i've had no mechanical issues with it.

Packaging/appearance

I loved it right out of the box.

Adding another layer of foam to ensure good "squeeze" on the contents.

Competitiveness

I could not commit to a vehicle-specific lockbox in the event i change vehicles.

These holes go through the back and bottom of the safe so when you but a cable or lock hasp through the holes the safe sits on that and the opposite corner which results in a wobbly installation

If they had put the two holes in the back that would work or even in the back and one side would also work

Just wish the lock was on the right side of the safe so the gun rests on its left side

No batteries to go dead no finger print reader to fail when your fingers are sweaty just a simple button push then turn the knob to open
