Pros & Cons
Pros
The earbuds are sweat and weather resistant, which is great for sports. Two sets of each ear cushion is something i have not seen very often, a nice touch. The earhooks help keep things in place, but not as firmly as the default over-ear hooks. The ba... Read More
Audiophile headphones are good for listening to when all you're doing is listening, no distractions. Great in ear headphones if you want something to be active in, and like the sound tuning to be a little thumpy. Mic also picks up your voice clearly e... Read More
The low battery beep isn't annoying, but it is noticeable enough to get your attention if you’re zoned out. These have the fun v-shaped signature that v-moda is known for. The fit on these is about as expected for all the others i've tried and it won'... Read More
The battery life of the vomda bassfit headphones is very long and i find that i can get through a few days of music listening without having to recharge it using the included micro usb charger. You can use any micro usb cable lying around to charge it... Read More
These are for the sporty type but they do not compromise on sound. Bass is deep without everything sounding all muddy. In certain passages the bass pops to the surface and suddenly it all makes sense.
Cons
Audio issues are unbelievably inept. The sound is almost muffled. Earbuds can pull out slightly during certain activities which totally removes the bass.
Back edge of the headphone puts pressure on the back edge of my ear inner ear. Not as nice as i was expecting. Build quality was ok. A decent set of phones evaluated on their own but given the v-moda brand, they fall way short of the mark.
Cost is not an indicator of how good your product is. They feel like cheap plastic. I wish they fit me better.
Highlights
Quality
The quality is very good with audio books as well as country, rap, r&b and classical music.
The sound quality is amazing, they have great bass as the name suggests and the high range sounds as you would expect.
The quality will seem to drop because your ear canals stretch and the sound is no longer trapped properly.
I tried these with all 3, just with earbuds, with earhooks and with wings and earbuds…i found i really did not need the smaller... Read More
Packaging/appearance
The packaging these come in is exquisite.
Look at the packaging, you have to wonder how much more went into that than the design of the actual product.
The first thing that i noticed about the bassfit is the packaging.
Evidently so, right down to the almost gaudy, over-the-top packaging.
Competitiveness
Also, these use a microusb cable so it is easy to find one from old cell phones, etc.
The v-moda bassfit wireless headphones are a very high-quality option if you are looking for sport-style headphones.
These headphones work great, truly, but as a previous v-moda customer, these did not live all the way up to my expectations.
Most of my in-ear headphones are the type that run the cable over the ear.

It boils down to fit however and this is another in a long line for me of the goldilocks syndrome where this one is too big and this one is too small except i cant find one which is just right
