This portion is very much a personal preference as you would just go for something like a sennheiser hd598 if you do not value bass like i do

Theres not much more portability you can get out of a pair of actual headphones

The headband itself is still intact but the leather has definitely faded away starting about 3 years into having them though it is purely a cosmetic issue

The metal plates on the earcups themselves have minor scratches from being constantly dropped but no actual dents nor loosemissing screws

Vmoda constructed the earcup attachment intelligently allowing them to be removed just by flexing the brackets that hold them in place so in the event that they do fall out nothing breaksas long as the wires dont get ripped and you can just pop them right back in
