I tried stretching the material as vmoda also suggests but it hasnt worked as far as i can tell

Great sound and good quality feel but i have to change my 5 star to a 4 star because they keep saying they got great service and i had one of the plastic thingies break internally and release its screw hold this is a loose piece you can take off and replace with 3 screws yet they utterly refuse to send out a spare part or even let me buy it

They only offer me to send it in and have it fix saying it is much more complicated than it looks like even tho i supplied images when i had taken it all apart to show the problem

Then they simply refused to respond on emails when i asked for more information what they meant by saying it was more complicated than it seems as i had taken it apart

Not as claimed tho admittedly they would pay the shipping costs but i did not want to ship something across the world back and forth risk loosing them or having them broken in shipment to replace something that is just cosmetical and i could fix with some nice application of glue

The click hinges on the headset are awesome and the steel arms are very thin but feel unbendable
